Pelican had a variety of things to show this E3, from a dance pad to some wireless controllers and some nice smaller aspect controllers that serve as a more portable replacement for the original PS2/PSOne controllers, yet don't feel diminutive in the hands.
The thing that I was most interested in personally was probably Pelican's 'Pro-Sumer' grade system switch that looked like it belonged in a component entertainment system. A wide, flat, silver box with a nice modern design to it and a whole lot of inputs to choose from - with the high-end component video signal choices of input/output in the back.
I'm hoping to see more of this sort of product; the little kids that played video games in the late seventies and early eighties are all grown up now. It's time for some grown-up peripherals for our video game systems. I'll be reviewing this one in-depth in the near future, so check back for more info!
