Fans of Dragon Quest, rejoice! There's a new controller from Hori in the unmistakable likeness of the lovable Slime character.
Hori's Dragon Quest Slime Controller is an exact replica of the Slime from the Dragon Quest series, but has the same functionality as a "DualShock 2" controller. You just turn the Slime upside down and play your game by wiggling and pressing on its naughty bits.
When not playing with your Dragon Quest Slime Controller, you can remove the detachable cord and display the Slime Controller on its included display stand, making it a perfect collector's item. Also, if you need to set the controller down while playing, you can set it on the stand with the controls facing upward, as well.
The Dragon Quest Slime Controller is planned to be released in conjunction with the release of Dragon Quest VIII and will retail for $39.99 USD for the standard version and $49.99 for a metal version.
