There are two switches on the control mechanism. One selects High or Low vibration speed, while the other one selects Normal or Game. In Normal mode, the
Rocker Seat Massager stays on until it is turned off. In Game mode, the
Rocker Seat Massager only turns on in response to Rumble PAK signals sent from the N64. If either switch is set to the middle position, either in between High and Low, or between Normal and Game, the unit is turned off.
Basically, there are two plugs that must be attached for installation purposes. You must plug the A/C adapter into the wall and into the control mechanism, then plug the feedback cord into the vibration Pak, and then plug the Pak into the N64 controller. Once this is done, the Rocker Seat Massager is treated much like a Rumble Pak.
