Starting now, you can head on over to Bethesda's website and snag a copy of the game for free. However, there's a bit of a catch - it won't run on your computer without a little help. The game was originally released in 1996, so it requires a DOS emulator to run. Thankfully, the good folks at Bethesda aren't leaving players out in the cold and have also included a freeware DOS emulator, DOSBox, and instructions on how to get everything set up. It's a bit of work, but hey - it's free.
