Condemned: Criminal Origins will put you in the shoes of an FBI Serial Crimes Unit Investigator. As Agent Thomas, you will search highly detailed environments trying to find out who is behind a string of serial killings.
Condemned will use the Xbox 360's next generation lighting, mapping and filtering effects to make the environments and surroundings photo-realistic and a true joy to play with the lights off and your surround sound system turned way up.
The game seems to be in two parts. One part is your character trying to find out who is behind the murders, in an adventure style. The other has you dealing with enemies driven by powerful AI's and with little ammo, making it have a survival horror feel. You must keep your mind alert for clues while making sure your reflexes are sharp in order to keep yourself alive and solve the crimes Agent Thomas is assigned to.
SEGA plans to release the adventure/survival horror game this Fall for the Xbox 360 and PC.
