Chrome: Shiny New FPS?
Company: Strategy First

Chrome, published by Strategy First, will take you through many lush and vivid environments where as Logan, a money-hungry mercenary, you take on missions with many different goals. Logan will take part in vehicle chases and even act as an assassin, all the while using a wide assortment of implants and weapons.

The final version of Chrome, planned for release with a Mature ESRB rating, will include more than 14 missions that will have you driving vehicles, fighting giant robot mechs and employing various enhanced attributes.

The development team, Techland, seems to have put a lot of work into adding detail to everything they possibly could, right down to the wide fields and dense forests. Chrome also incorporates a lot more sniping than most first person shooters, while also allowing you to carry a wide assortment of weapons, tools and other objects that can be easily switched when in a tight situation.

A main aspect of Chrome, which adds a new level of dimension to the game, is its use of implants to aid Logan on his missions. These implants will include, but are not limited to, an Eye Scope, Dermal Armor, a Targeting Assistance System, and several more implants that improve other aspects of Logan's body like muscles, reflexes and movement.

Chrome is sure to be big when it hits the streets. At this point it is a solid FPS, and it can only get better before it is completed.
